Birks closed the store in the Oshawa Shopping Centre after Christmas. Store space is empty with lights out. Only blue pillars remain. No message on door advising customers of nearest open location. March 2022. March 24/22 Contacted Oshawa Jewellers. They are not associated with Birks and do not do Birks watch repair/services. March 26/22 Contacted Graziella Fine Jewellers. They sell a small selection of Birks Jewellery but do not provide watch/service repairs for Birks or honour Birks coupons.
I sent my watch because I have a problem with a battery, they return it I wear it then I couldn’t take it off ! Went to the store the lady at Oshawa mall was annoyed because I asked her to call them back in Quebec where they sent the watches to fixed! They called and told her how to help me to open it!She kept telling me that you (think) we are responsible for that, she was so rude ,disrespectful and unprofessional .
Lovely jewellery. Very helpful staff.
