Dr Berry-Hooks is an Awesome physician! She is acknowledgeable and caring. Marshonna her medical assistant has bright bubbly personality and Martine is sweet and so helpful.
Dr is very informative and explains with patience. She answered my questions and concerns about my recovery.

Dr. Berry-Hooks is an awesome, caring, compassionate doctor. She has an excellent bedside manner and a delightful sense of humor. She has two wonderful medical assistants Marshonna and Martine working with her helping her to provide great patient care. They are on top of everything. The front desk team on the second floor have such a good rapport with each other and they work together in a way that made checking in quick, easy and friendly. My whole visit was just outstanding.

THIS visit was fine. Typically I have to wait some time to see her, which defeats me trying to get an early appointment. And it can be very difficult to get a decent appointment date. I also don’t care for some the staff.
I have never had a Dr. as caring and kind and knowing as she is Best Doctor Ever. ******* more than 5 stars for sure
It took me a month to get an appointment for mental health issues. The appointment was canceled, the day of, and they couldn't reschedule for another 3 weeks. How do you expect a patient with anxiety, depression and panic attacks to wait almost 2 months for treatment?
My husband and I are almost 70 years old, and Dr. Berry-Hooks is far and away the best doctor we have ever had.
