It was great having a medical student as well as the superb Dr Berry Hooks!
I feel BLESSED to have a physician who listens to my concerns and isn't dismissive.
Dr. Berry Hooks is one of a kind. She's very concerned and make sue that I understand everything that's going on with my health. She's always polite and professional. Such a caring Physician. They are rare these days.
I have been endlessly searching for a primary care doctor who has an inch of empathy, and I saw all these amazing reviews of this doctor. Not only did I wait months just to get an appointment with her, she genuinely seemed like she did not care throughout everything. As I was listing all the issues I was having and the reasons I was coming in to the office, she just kept saying “ok is that all?” No ma’am it is not. Dr Berry-Hooks is THE best!
As usual I have the best doctor I have ever had. She's attentive, she thorough, her bedside manner is very pleasant, and she really cares.
My experience with my provider establishing care restored my faith in primary care not being a train wreck.
Great experience with the doc and the whole team. Highly recommend.
