I absolutely love Mai's Nail Perfection! I have been getting my nails and pedicures done here for close to ten years and will never go anywhere else! I love the fact that it is by appointment only...so my pampering is never cut short! The overall experience is personalized and specific to my needs, which Mai does for each of her clients! No other place can compare to Mai's Nail Perfection!

The pedicures are thorough and decadent, and the nail services are second to none. Mai and her staff are just the BEST......and go the extra mile to accommodate the client's schedule, early or late. Want more? Mai makes exquisite custom jewelry using semi-precious stones, pearls and crystals; many brides ask her to make necklaces and bracelets for their bridesmaids.
ON WHAT PLANET?! – How is this place rated so highly?? Have the women of Houston gone insane?! I can't recall the last time my nails looked THIS bad! I've been looking for a good manicure in Houston, and I'm about to give up. Based on the reviews, I thought for sure that I had finally found a place, but Mai worked on my nails herself and did a terrible job. The tips are uneven, ragged, crooked, bubbled and blury! I will never go there EVER again...save your money!
Wouldn't go anywhere else – I have had acrylic nails now for about 10 years and have been to (it seems like) every nail salon in Houston. I started going to Mai's about a year and a half ago and have been going every two weeks ever since. She listens to what you want and does a great job. Amazing Acrylic nails, great service – I went in for acrylic nails for my wedding. Mai's work is really "nail perfection." She made it a point to do my nails very thin and they look so real. I am so glad I decided to try her out. I highly recommend her!
Hands Down: The Best! – I have been going to Mai's Nail Perfection for about 8 years and haven't been anywhere else in Houston since then! Prior to finding Mai's I would go to different places looking for a mani/pedi that would last and usually ended up not liking the results or getting an infection with my sensitive skin and nails. consistently high quality friendly manis & pedis – I am very hard on my hands and need weekly manicures. Mai and her team have cared for my nails since the 1990's. I have never had anything less than a great result. I have used acrylics for this whole time and have never had a single problem with my nail beds. ****DO NOT GO***** – Don't not have your Bridesmaids nail party or any other party there. Read all the reviews about what a great place to go and get your nails done at. They'd lied. French tip was uneven. Mai her self worked on my nails and did a really really bad job... Manicures were bad and pedicures were even worse. I've done my own pedicures before and looks way better than Mai work. The lady that did my pedicure cleaned too too deep on my big toe, it got infected. She lifted nail and got out of place.
