Mainvue homes provide a nice layout and well designed spaces. Their marketing and sales team are fantastic; however, when you really look deep, they are just another large builder that throws together houses. Their quality is subpar and cost more than builders who do the same work. I wish so much that I would have gone with a smaller local builder that is already in this neighborhood. I still have a nightmare since the day I move in. When is rain water from my back yard neighbor go through my back yard in raining day or night I can't sleep. Inside the house nails pop off, wall cracked, floor Squeaks when walking upstairs and downstairs, outside stairs way to enter the house is cracked every where, nail and siding also pop off. I keep waiting and waiting don't even know who should I talk to.

I'm shocked at the other reviews! We bought our home 4 months ago and have had nothing but a 5 star experience from the sales team all the way to construction and warranty! I love my MainVue Home and can't imagine having gone with any other builder!
Our nightmare started after we closed on April 28th 2018 in Frisco tx Water leaks in 3 rooms Several scratches on window panels very visible Poor paint job Their sales agent and models were amazing Quality, attention to details is very very poor After they fix everything will get another inspection done f things are not done properly will report them We can’t move right now because sheet rock will come down in leakage area Very sad
