MRS installed our half bath plumbing, electrical, wall repair, and vanity. They arrived on time every day and finished our project ahead of schedule. They left our project clean at the end of each day. Dan (plumber), Cal (electrician), Cesar (wall repair and paint), and Dave (carpenter) were all professional, friendly, and hard working. Maintenance & Remodeling Services did a great job upgrading our bathroom. We love it. All the crew were personable and helpful, knowledgeable, and meticulously cleaned up after themselves. When a couple of problems were encountered, they efficiently handled them. Management and office staff were friendly, cooperative, ready to oblige us. These guys are awesome. Kept me in the loop at all times, did outstanding work and were reasonably priced. They repaired and replaced rotting beams/roof in breezeway, basically rebuilding 3 sides and part of roof. Meticulous attention to detail, excellent carpentry, way beyond expectations. Will definitely be using again!!

We just had a new deck put up and it is beautiful. I was told right away if there were any unforeseen additional costs by the project manager and the men that demolished the old deck and put up the new one were great. They worked very hard in the heat and rain. I would highly recommend them, we will be using them in future projects to our home.
