Just completed a first phase of widow replacement and was completely satisfied with the outstanding result. It started with the salesman, Brent, who was extremely knowledgeable and a very good spokesman for this company. The installation was professional with excellent communication on what to expect and how long it would take. Florencio and his partner did a great job and the clean up was impeccable...very important to me. I would highly recommend.
We had a wonderful experience with Window Depot. Brent was very responsive and easy to work with on the sales side. Florencio and his team were very professional during the installation. They arrived on time, were very respectful in our home, cleaned up after themselves, and were quick to fix the few minor things we saw (a couple of smudges here and there, and some additional caulk needed on a couple of windows.) From our initial consultation with Greg to our installation with Florencio and his crew, every step of the way was easy, understandable, affordable, and done with the utmost professionalism. Florencio and his crew even stayed late in order to finish up our whole house job in 1 day because he knew we had sports with our kids over the weekend. From the initial consultation with Greg, the price, the delivery and install by Chris and his crew were were all great. They were very efficient in their removal of our old windows, install of the new and cleanup. Thanks to all who were involved in the process.
As a general rule, I typically do just about everything at my house with regard to replacement, maintenance, etc. When it came time to do windows though I had a lot of windows (34) to replace and Maintenance Free Windows was able to get me excellent quality windows, expertly installed for less than I could even purchase the window itself at my local Big Box Store.
