We couldn't be happier with our windows and the whole process! I appreciate ******* honesty about both the product and the process. We love that the windows open top and bottom, sliding screens, both panels flip out allowing for easy cleaning and energy efficient (cool to the touch even in Ga summer sun!). After initially sitting down with Brent, our salesman, from Maintenance Free, we held off for 1 yr. before deciding to do our 17 windows plus one other one. He never pressured us and always answered any questions we had. We ended up contacting Brent back and of course prices went up due to Covid but he was fair with us in regards to the pricing. Our job consisted of replacing 25 windows that were 35 years old. The process was very scary for me, because in 2019 I had a salesman from another major window company appear at my home and stay for three hours trying to convince (what felt like force) us into purchasing their windows.
