worst apartments management ever! they don't care about their tenants but only the money, they won't help you at all... and manager Garcia its clueless about tenants rights... Do not rent from them specifically their property on knott and orange yes they have cameras but when something happens they say they don’t work if your ac goes out they take the whole hot summer to fix it homeless and drug addicts walk in and out of that building it is a gated community but no locks for your safety laundry mat on site but washers constantly brakes down and laundry room never ever cleaned and if anything in your apartment brakes down you might as well fix it yourself they won’t do it but hey they sure will ra... read more

Really bad maintenance on Hollywood buildings. Manager Laura, we ask you to send a someone to clean the buildings but take 2 months or more to send some one. I give 1 start but honestly will be 0.
