Great, friendly service!
Nobody answers the phone, it is automated and if you have questions you cannot speak to a human and it will disconnect the call. I made a trip to the office on Thursday because nobody would answer the phone. Upon arrival there were no employees to be found. After a 45 minute wait and 4 calls on the kiosk a woman came out and explained that the calls actually go to Huntsville and nobody was in the office. She proceeded to give me instructions on how you handle drug screens and that I would be able to get a drug screen if the ... read more
Sat in the waiting room for 2 hours for a drug test (something that takes 10 minutes MAX) just for them to ask me to come back on a different day because they were too busy. Mind you I was the only person in the waiting room and didn't see a single person come on or leave for the whole 2 hours I sat there.
Pretty long wait time, but the staff was super sweet. Made up for the wait
