I was just getting quotes. Sorry to say but you guys were double the quote that I went with. You would think with as much business as you guys do that you would be less expensive. Oh well I went with my guy and I have a fine unit.

Jacob, my service technician, goes above and beyond every time he visits. He is professional and provides high quality service every time he comes. If we ever have another issue, I will request him. He is that good. He fixed our unit without charge even though our warranty was up. He provided first class service. Because of him, we will recommend Mainstream to every one who asks.
