Superb customer service! Wesley arrived within 2 hours on a Saturday service call. He quickly fixed the problem and checked our other unit while he was there. The guy didn't really look all the way under my house to verify what was wrong.I had another friend look under the house and they saw the duct to one room had been pulled down to the ground and needs replaced instead of all the duct ,which is what your company quoted me on.a replacement bUT not a repair.can you quote me on a replacement duct for that 1 room? If not I can call someone else
From tge owner to the office staff, the technicians to the installers, Mainstream is second to none. I will never use anyone else for heating and cooling.
Called Mainstream over the weekend for a problrm with my Trane system and they had a tech arrive within two hrs. The tech found the issue and got the system back on line. A part had to be ordered and was replaced within a feww days, getting the system back to 100%. Family very happy!
