There are lots of reasons to like this property. Nice rooms, free hot breakfast, convenience store on site. Very friendly staff.
There was no way to turn off the vanity light, that happens to be where the bed is. After a failed ‘effort’ from the staff to turn it off and getting hung up on over the phone, a solution was offered to receive a discount and sleep with the lights on! Hahaha. Because of this, the evening went later than we wanted because of an early flight; I ended up climbing one the vanity and unscrewing the hot bulbs, almost burning myself; but at least we could go to sleep. THE BEST OF OC!!! Our family has traveled from coast to coast, north to south… and this MainStay Suites is by far the best experience we’ve had! We walked in surprisingly refreshed to what felt like a penthouse, top floor resort with a balcony! 🤩 The complimentary breakfast was excellent - freshly custom made and efficiently served! The price is unbeatable, honestly don’t bother looking anywhere else if you’re nearby Orange County! This is it!!!
