Don’t let y’all be fooled by this so called 4-star hotel! First, on the website it says clock-in time is 3 o’clock, I couldn’t clock-in until 4 o’clock because the receptionist said that was the clock-in time. I stayed for 5 nights and the elevator was broke since day 1, I left and elevator still didn’t work. Same thing with the garbage, it was in the hallways since day 1, they never picked it up. I asked for cleaning service and they said they don’t offer it until after 7 days of staying. Lastly, breakfast is trash.

Very bad experience. 1. Our room keys stopped working on the daily, very frustrating after a long day out adventuring and ready to hop in bed. 2. The fire alarm went off at midnight and woke up myself and my 2 babies. 3. Anytime I called the front desk for help no one answered. 4. Our bathroom was covered in ants!!!

Garbage rooms, horrible pillows. Stayed 4 nights, all were sleepless. One night I woke up to drums being played… seems this hotel rents out its pool space & outdoor area to whoever. Another night the fire alarm was going off for 2 hours straight non stop. Nobody seemed to know how to stop it. One morning I woke up to a bunch of kids and elderlys screaming and singing… why are you doing this to your guests on a weekend? Cheap.
