My family and I enjoyed this place so much. The little kitchen part had utensils, and so much other things. My favorite part was the pool, it was so clean and empty! They had a little kids activity, it was to draw a rainbow you get a chocolate coin. My siblings loved this. I would definitely come backkk! Thank you so much for this experience!

I hope this email get to the higher up at this hotel. This was our second year staying there with a party of 15. Let me just say you guys are very luck to have Janet at the front desk. From Check in to recommendation of things to do, and going beyond to check and see if Crystal Ridge was open. Congrats and looking forward to returning

We had an amazing stay! Janet went above and beyond to accommodate our group of 12 at the very last minute, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Her customer service was outstanding—she was incredibly helpful, kind, and sweet throughout the entire process. She truly made our experience stress-free and enjoyable. We will definitely be coming back!

The hotel is modern and clean. My room has everything you need for an extended stay to make you feel at home. The hot breakfast in the morning are very good with plenty of options. The 24 hour fitness center is small, but the cardio machines are modern and worked well. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
