Emily at the front desk went out of her way to help me! Very friendly, kind, and helpful. 10/10 recommend
Hotel was clean but noisy. My elderly father fell into a window and it broke. The hotel manager immediately started requesting they pay for the window. The fall was accidental and thankfully my dad was only minor my injured. However the general manager Ryan was as completely rude and uncooperative in settling this matter. It’s unfortunate. It legal action will most likely be taken due to this.
My family and I enjoyed this place so much. The little kitchen part had utensils, and so much other things. My favorite part was the pool, it was so clean and empty! They had a little kids activity, it was to draw a rainbow you get a chocolate coin. My siblings loved this. I would definitely come backkk! Thank you so much for this experience!
I hope this email get to the higher up at this hotel. This was our second year staying there with a party of 15. Let me just say you guys are very luck to have Janet at the front desk. From Check in to recommendation of things to do, and going beyond to check and see if Crystal Ridge was open. Congrats and looking forward to returning
