The rooms are a bit small for a suite. Having a full-size fridge is great. The breakfast is not good quality, unfortunately. The staff is friendly. The laundry room is free! The hotel is fairly clean. It's a bit noisy in the early morning as workers leave for the day. It's a decent stay if you're in the area.
Had a terrific stay at MainStay Suited in Milwaukee. We had a very nice room, staff were very welcoming and facilities very pleasant. Hotel was clean and airy and the breakfast was nicely catered. Janet on reception was particularly professional, attentive and welcoming. It was also nice to have access to charging points for out hybrid. We expect to be back in the area again this year and will definitely choose this hotel again!
Mary has been very helpful and attentive with me. She is very caring and nice and has made my stay very welcoming.
Top notch service provided by Janet with a last minute late night check in. Couldn't have been happier with her service and attention to detail. She made checking in after a stressful day extremely pleasant and couldn't have done a better job. 10/10 will book again thanks to Janet!
