I have bought and sold 2 houses with Alyssa, just closed last week on the latest transactions. She is attentive, smart, and will talk through everything. She even caulked around toilet for me at the house I was selling! She's simply the best, very highly recommend.
We recently closed on a house in Chattanooga and Alyssa Wade was out relator. She is the BEST! We relocated from NC and were first time home-buyers she was a huge help in all aspects.
