The lady that picks up the phone is very rude. I couldn’t even get one sentence out before the lady kept hanging up on me. Extremely rude and very unprofessional.
Extremely rude customer serious would never spend my money with people who don’t give a damn about having adequate customer service.

My salesperson, Gene , was friendly, & very helpful They helped me find the perfect car within my budget, and the financing process was smooth and transparent. Purchased a 2012 Chevy Silverado from them in 2019. I will say that I have a couple months before it'll be paid off, and I never had any issues with the engine or transmission. Drove me to the Carolinas and back many times. I didn't have the best credit so I definitely paid way more than what the truck was worth, being that it had almost 100000 miles on it.
