poor customer service in the pickup of fryer oil. sales rep not interested in making right companies mistakes and lack of follow thru. instead told us they'd be picking up their containers so as not to disappoint us any longer. how about make things right and follow thru on what you promised us. we aren't asking for anything more, but shouldn't have to settle for less. this has been going on for several months. to bad !
