This is my favorite location to donate blood to. The staff is very friendly to me and I enjoy seeing them every time I come in. It's always a quick and easy process to donate blood. Rachel and Will have done a great job with my last donations and I appreciate how they always check up on me during my procedure. Everything is very clean and organized here and I have nothing to complain about. They make every experience worth donating blood for other people.
The staff were kind and professional, and I appreciate their work. However, I was disappointed to see that some items, like the blood pressure cuff and sponge, were reused instead of being single-use or properly sterilized. Cleanliness and donor safety should be taken more seriously.
