I had a great experience at the American Red Cross. Everything was nice, clean, and well organized. The receptionist, Ani, was very friendly, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I arrived. The staff was professional and helpful throughout my visit. I highly recommend this location! Special thanks to Shaghi for helping me to give blood for the first time and I'm grateful. Thanks to the amazing team.
I have been coming to this location for nearly 20 years and they have been relocated as well, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. The entire team consistently provides outstanding care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. I love this Red Cross location very much. The location is very clean and organized. The staff is always very kind and friendly. I donate every 56 days and every phlebotomist I’ve had has done a great job making sure I’m comfortable and inserting needle gently for a smooth pain free experience. I’ve only had 1 bad experience here where I had an infiltration when donating platelets for the first time but that can happen to anyone. Surprisingly enjoyable experience. I liked this place. I usually go to the pop-ups in hotels, but this was a full donation center and provided streaming movies while you gave blood, comfortable recliner tables, warm blankets etc. Really a nice donation location.
I remember going there an donate! I very friendly place! I was a member of Unity’s of Charlotte so be a church inspired me to donate there with my Family.
