We have been here for 4 years and had such an amazing experience, and the new staff Sandy and Alexis are wonderful! They are very helpful and a pleasure to chat with. I also love the location, being within walking distance to the best shops and restaurants is so convenient.

They were nice when we toured however, for the size, not that many amenities and it being Northville, seriously overpriced. It's not Miami. You don't have some extravagant pool or gym. The home and other 2 bedroom condos in the area are also outrageously priced so it falls in line with the area and housing market that is out of whack. Over $2200 for an 700 sq. ft. 1 bedroom apartment is a bit nutty. Nearly $3000 for a 2 bedroom!? Another local complex has a similar unit with a pool and more amenities for half that cost. In my third year at Maincentre Apartments. Shantelle and Debbie make the management office a place of peace and assistance. I am treated like family. They are always responsive to feedback, and are very easy to talk to. Both of these women treat the building as a residence and not an institution or a place where they work. We had an outstanding experience working with Shantelle throughout the process of touring and signing the lease for our dream apartment. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Her positive energy made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I have been a resident at MainCentre for five years, and have known Shantelle (the Leasing Agent of MainCentre), for the last three. Debbie has consistently gone above and beyond her regular responsibilities of her job, and has been there for so much more.
