In my third year at Maincentre Apartments. Shantelle and Debbie make the management office a place of peace and assistance. I am treated like family. They are always responsive to feedback, and are very easy to talk to. Both of these women treat the building as a residence and not an institution or a place where they work. We had an outstanding experience working with Shantelle throughout the process of touring and signing the lease for our dream apartment. She was incredibly kind, thorough, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. Her positive energy made the entire process enjoyable and stress-free. I have been a resident at MainCentre for five years, and have known Shantelle (the Leasing Agent of MainCentre), for the last three. Debbie has consistently gone above and beyond her regular responsibilities of her job, and has been there for so much more. All communities are being challenged by the lack of humanity and decency to other humans in this current environment. The onsite management is excellent and responsive to any questions or issues. Led by Debbie, the professionalism and leadership she has provided over several years has been top notch. Under her leadership she is always doing something special in the building or with its decor to make it feel like home. Conveniently located in Northville's downtown, Maincentre provides easy access to the library, bread store, and my other favorite haunts. It's well-managed and surprisingly quiet. I spent a year and a half there and would gladly do it again.
