I have lived in a Singh apt. Going on 7 years now and this is my first review. Have always liked the property’s but feel Jamal has gone beyond my expectations on his service to our apt. Very prompt and always has a smile. Job done right every time.
We have lived at MainCentre for more than three decades and Jamal is an exceptional Maintenance Supervisor — extremely knowledgeable, fast and a pleasure to work with. Regardless of the request, he is on the spot and it is resolved quickly. We appreciate him and the entire MainCentre staff!
I’d like to say their maintenance team is very attentive and fast so in case it’s ever needed Jamal is there to follow through with it.
The apartment is very well maintained and location is perfectly convenient. Sandy Hermez, Alexis DeLong, and Jamal Welch are all very supportive and professional whenerver I needed help in maintenance. I appreciate that they are always available at the apartment, it feels nice and safe to know that someone cares about the residents ! :)
Alexis Delong did an excellent job in pointing me in the right direction and very polite and professional. Thanks again for assisting me .
