I had a laceration on my palm. MSUC got me in quick with almost no wait. Staff cleaned my laceration and recommended a tetanus shot. In and out. Very professional.
I have been to Main Street Urgent care twice within the past six days. Both times I was greeted upon entering, checked in quickly and seen very fast. Both times, I saw wonderful PAs (Kathy Fryburger 1st and Beth Gardner the 2nd time). They listened, were kind and compassionate & were careful to make sure meds prescribed did not interact with other meds I am on. We took my grandaughter there a few months ago and Mark Dedmon PA was also wonderful. Glad they are in Boerne!! Thank you!
I had severe injuries as a result of my attempt to break up a dogfight. I received the most bites, I'm sure. Left arm had over 100 deep puncture wounds from elbow to wrist, and end of thumb received a bite clear thru to the inside base of the thumbnail. My right hand/wrist received 6 deep punctures on the broken wrist and was extemely swolen by the time we made it to town to Urgent Care. So I brought my son in for pains in his side- clerk was just rude and non compassionate- we live outside of town and she was ready to refuse service because my son didn't have his drivers license on him... I made a choice to come to this facility and after today I will make the "choice" never to return. Had to wait almost an hour just to finally be seen even though they had no patients.
As I waited to be called back I watch the lady at the front(her husband is one of the doctors) and interactions with patients. She is one of the kindest most empathetic woman I've seen. At one point a mom came back with three pizzas for the staff because of how they cared for her child. This lady and the others there understand how to treat patients.
