Recommendedfront office very warm greeting
This was unlike any urgent care experience I’ve had in the past. There was little wait time, and BIG warmth from everyone. I will positively be returning for my family’s medical needs.
These people are highly unprofessional they violated my HIPPA rights to my ex gave him my protected health information. And then when I showed up at 6 o’clock they wouldn’t see me so that I could go see my daughter. I do not recommend them to anyone I am going to report them to HIPPA and thei manager I’ve spoken to her and she openly admits that they violated my rights and “please don’t report us”and I don’t recommend Main Street urgent care in Boerne
The staff was very unfriendly and refused to verify my insurance stating that “she thinks they don’t take it”. She was rude and very unhelpful. When I asked her if she thought or knew they didn’t take it she said, “I’m just going to say no” and passed me back my cards. It was also very dirty and not welcoming. Would not recommend for anyone or any living thing.
The staff was okay, but the entire facility was very dirty. It looked like the place hadn't been dusted, swept, or mopped in a very, very long time!!!! I spent the entire time telling my five year old not to touch anything, for fear that he would acquire more germs from the nasty, unclean doctor's office waiting room and examination room. We won't be back as a result.
Great service. Felt like they really cared. I wouldn't be afraid to return!
