From the second we walked in we had professional service. Jimmy was more than an amazing salesmen to me and my husband. He took the time to understand our budget and make this sale work for us. He went above and beyond your typical sales guy. The showroom was clean as can be and super cozy. With one minor set back upon our pick up, Jimmy again was more than accommodating to us. If you need any fireplace, wood burning stove, bbq, etc... This is the place to go! Two thumbs up!

The service at this store at this store is poor. It took months for my order of fireplace doors and logs to come in. Also I question why the fireplace door installer who first measures for the doors and installs them when they finally arrived demands to be paid in cash. This is sanctioned by the store as the "salesman" informed me that is was very important that I had cash for him. From the start we had a great experience with Main Street Stove. Charlie helped us figure out the stove that was right for us. All our questions were answered and got a great deal. All logistics and installation went smoothly and the demo was very helpful, even though we've had a stove for many years. We needed one minor adjustment in the install and customer service was there to handle it quickly.
