RecommendedI used Main Street stove and Fireplace to service my Fireplace due to a serious issue. The Tech Karl was very thorough professional and courteous. I already needed a new piece of expensive glass due to the malfunction and truly believed I was going to have to spend a fortune on additional parts and I was so wrong....I have had my fireplace for 12 years and feel like I finally found a service company I can trust. I can’t wait until he returns with the glass and the new parts.
5 stars! Words do not do justice to the wonderful customer service. I went to the store to buy glass doors because I thought they would prevent smoke from entering my house and causing the alarms to go off. The owner, James, graciously provided an inexpensive solution to my problem without requiring any purchase by me at his store. Fantastic and honest customer service. I can not recommend him enough!! Very rare to find...

I went in with measurements and looking for information regarding both pellet and wood burning stove inserts. I was greeted promptly and taken on a tour of the showroom highlighting different inserts that would work best within my home. The sales team is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, making the customer feel welcomed. I was comfortable asking all of my questions and they were answered honestly. I visited the store on 8/16. I did not realize how many options there were with a fireplace. Needless to say I had a ton of questions. The salesman Paul was very patient and spent a lot of time answering our questions. I had visited other stores and this one was the best. They will definitely be getting my business.
If anyone is thinking of cold weather to escape this heat, Main Street Stove, Fireplace, & BBQ center is awesome! Jim has been helping my dad, Barry, pick out a new wood burning stove & he has been so helpful and knowledgeable my dad won't go anywhere else and as a 30 year owner of a wood burning stove he been to them all.
