In the past year their service has gone downhill! I have ceramic tiles that are broken due to improper installation that have not been repair replaced! They remodeled our bathroom, replaced tiles/sheet rock to repair a moisture problem but did not fix the water leaks so I have the same problem as before and has not been remedied. Branch office no longer responds to phone calls or emails! So NO I can NO LONGER recommend this management company!
