If I could give a negative score I would. RUN AWAY from this company. Current resident, had issues at move in, issues on going. Too many to explain. I will say the maintenance technicians are pretty good, shout out Naomi. But aside from that the management company itself is one of the worst companies I have ever seen. They are very terrible when it comes to repairs and calls regarding damages to there rental and over charge you when you move out what a rip off stay away or you will lesrn the hard way
Rodney has came to our house several times over the 5 years we’ve lived here to fix any issues. He’s efficient, thorough, does a great job, explains what he does and is super nice! He was also really nice to my dog when she was alive too.
I get great service from the maintenance department.
Rodney Jones is nice and professional guy. Has come to my home a few times to fix and examine problems. Great attitude ! Would recommend 10/10
