Joe came in and handled the 4 minor issues I was having very quickly and thoroughly. He was kind and very knowledgeable. He came on time and prioritized each issue I had. Thanks so much for the help.
Joe is great ! Showed up in a timely manner was within the window that he said he was gonna be! Professional and effective communication answered all questions, comments, and concerns that we had. So far he has been the best maintenance technician that we have had to deal with since renting from Main Street renewal. Main Street renewal a company is not great. Joe has an individual is great.

I just applied for a home paid a $200( 2 adults + 2 18 year olds who are still in high school)application fee and got an email back within hr saying I'm not qualified. I been living in the same place for years playing $2500 a month in rent , but I'm not qualified. Companies like this are scammers taking money from people for applications fees and can't even get a refund I'm beyond pissed off I lost $200, but yet people who have section 8 can qualify vs someone who gets up everyday and work....
Left us without any heat for a week and half during zero degree weather in the middle of winter when our furnace went out. Offered us no compensation or any way to keep our baby warm.
