If I could give 0 stars I would have. Let me just start off by saying if you are someone who is using a voucher PLEASE do not believe Main Street when they advertise equal opportunity housing for people as such. I’ve been with Main Street for 2 1/2 years and it has been complete HELL this entire time. House was not move in ready like was promised. Been dealing with mold sense moving in, yard has fallen trees and limbs and my fence is broken due to this. Keep sending maintenance out and they are no completing any work. Cracks and holes in ceilings and walls. I have bubbles in the ceiling that has not been fixed. Air ducts are full of dust, spiders and bugs keep coming into the home. Only been here for less then a month, been calling main street everyday before I even moved into this home. Horrible company. Was charged $400 after someone hit my mailbox. Maintenance came out and put the same damaged mailbox back in the ground. They did not replace it, they used the same mailbox and told me I’m lucky I was only charged $400. Keep in mind a brand new mailbox cost $48 at Home Depot.
Do not use this company, you cannot get In touch with anyone in the US, it is all outsourced, and they stole 1300 from me and my mother after she passed away. They are rude and absolutely the worst rental agency there is. Do not rent from this company!!!
This company is a complete ripoff. They are quick to receive their rent but when it comes to the residents contacting them about a maintenance issue they will take 2 or more weeks to resolve the problem. me and my roommates have dealt with carbon monoxide and not having hot water goin three weeks now. Temperatures in GA have dropped and i been put in a request 2 weeks ago. I have called and called almost daily and no one can tell me anything.
