I was terrified when moving to Clarksville and my husband had picked out our apartment without me. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the Belle Parc Apartments! We were spoiled for the 16 months we lived there. A very modern aesthetic, new appliances and the best walk in closet in the master bedroom. They were nice apartments but management was ridiculous. All I'm going to say is do not expect to get your whopping 450 deposit back because they will up charge you 24 for batteries, 200 for a cleaning lady, 125 to take away a desk etc it goes on. If you don't expect to communicate with management at all during your stay then go here because the apartments are nice but if you need something or mess up one little thing good luck �
I still live here in the Fox Hollow Community, and love it. I have never had a problem with the management and have even made friends with the maintenance man. Any time I submit a work order, it is completed quickly without any problem. They even let me schedule a time so I can be home to observe and insure security of my place. The yard crew is doing a outstanding job this year, and they have even stopped and asked me how I thought they were doing and if I thought anything else needed to be done.
Does not even deserve one star. We left out townhouse in much better condition than it was left for us and we were still charged for cleaning despite having pictures as proof of before and after. They complemented us on how well we cleaned and then turned around and charged us $125 because the fridge was not wiped out. Our unit was not properly insulated in the attic and our pipes froze multiple times over the winter despite leaving our water running and turning up our heat to an unreasonable temperature.
