If you have pets, DO NOT move here. You will be charged AT LEAST your entire security deposit if you have a pet, regardless of any special ozone treatment you get. The shittiest customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. My daughter has to get out of her lease which requires her to relinquish her rights, which also requires her and the three others to all sign the relinquishment at the same time. Unfortunately there’s one individual who works 6 am to 5 pm Monday thru Friday. This is a new job for him so leaving early could result in termination. At no time were you or anyone told the latest we stay is 5:10 - what was said was there have been a couple of times she has been here utnil 5:10. The management staff although friendly are consistently unable to provide competent, timely and accurate information. They are not reliable. They are not customer based. And every time we called them they needed to “call us back” because they never had an answer to our question and had to consult someone. Even when we went into the office they could never confidently answer us. Beyond subpar

The buildings are nice and my fiancé and I really loved the place as a first home. However, I would never recommend Main Street properties because the service was terrible. The manager was rude from the beginning. I’m honestly shocked she chose customer service as a career. We were young and first time renters, so we typically had a lot of questions. All of our questions were answered sarcastically and they always ended up making us feel inferior. It would be nice if the management treated tenants with respect. So with that ... read more
This place is a good place to live and a terrible place to LEAVE. They make it impossible to move out. They told my daughter that if it was not clean to their specs. That they would hire Lisa and charge her her fee and an additional $80 to hire her. So my daughter hired the carpet people they wanted her to and cleaning lady they wanted her to and it was still not good enough. DON'T RENT FROM THEM!
