Pam was very knowledgeable and very pleasant to work with she was having a problem with the program on the computer and said she would push it through also she was patient when I changed what I wanted when the price changed from what initially was presented
Office staff and Dr were very patient and accommodating
Great experience, nice glasses, helpful for picking frames too. Second visit was great too, signed up to fill a canceled reservation and was able to get in and out quick!
What's to say the doctors and the staff are great. Second to none, the selection of frames and lenses are the best in the business. You can't go wrong and if you have VSP insurance, that's the best place you can go!
