Absolutely love these people! Erin and Angie are God sent to my family! My children only want to go to the Dr here! The entire staff is amazing! They are always sure to do a check up with us the day or so after our visit!

The nurse practitioner was competent, but the billing department is completely incompetent and rude. They cannot file insurance claims correctly. I had multiple conversations with them in an attempt to have them file my secondary insurance in a competent manner. First they filed my secondary claim under my primary insurance. My pain and misery were a ten yesterday when i went to Mainstreet family urgent-care in Arab. Today my pain level is at level five. Thank you, to nurses, doctor and staff for being concerned, friendly and caring.

The receptionist was very rude and raised her voice to us about over the counter stuff when I asked about them seeing my little one. We left and went to the hospital instead, thankfully <3 I couldn't believe someone would have such an attitude towards a little girl sick and having trouble breathing. We had enough to deal with when our child is sick, we don't need an aggressive and bitter adult in the medical field also.
