I’ve tried 3 times today to do your online registration this morning at 7:30 it wouldn’t let me sign up. A notification said that the office was booked up to try again tomorrow. Two other times I got through to online registration to point both times after I gave my insurance information with pictures it just went to a blank screen nothing else happened twice. The last two time I have been there have been awful the staff are so rude I just had a staff member pull her mask off her face and yell at me in the middle of a pandemic where people are tested for covid I hope there company checks there cameras this has to stop the old staff was amazing and so caring
I went to Main street and was turned away ! the nasty receptionist said I had corona with any proof ! I know I don't have covid !
The nurse practitioner kept repeating things back to me I NEVER said about my condition. Like the number of days before seeking treatment, even my symptoms. Even when I corrected her on the facts, she'd still repeat back false information. When discussing antibiotics, she was nearly confrontational because I told her of two I had an allergic reaction from in the past. She kept naming off a list of antibiotics she was considering prescribing me and asking me if I've had reactions to those. When I told her I'd never taken them... read more
Great service and very friendly staff! I drove all the way from Athens on a sunday because they took our insurance. Would always recommend and come back! Thank you for helping me so quickly ❤ They also called me to tell me the results and asked if I'm feeling better.
