I wanted to share how pleased I am with your billing department. I was shocked to receive my initial bill that included a $150 charge for one in-office dosage of medicine for a nebulizer treatment. I called the number listed on my bill, and the gal who answered quickly and politely offered to reduce our bill from $150 to the $10.80 that Blue Cross Blue Shield said was reasonable! That would have been nice upfront, but I am very please with how quick and easy it was to resolve! Thank you!
I went for a doT physical paid $100 and she said I lied to her about what I take. I take the same drugs as I did last year now she basically saying I'm addict I bounce around trying to get dr. to give me meds
They are always on point. I’m terrified of shots and I got two today and they did not hurt AT ALL. They made me feel so much better they do every time I go.
