TURN AROUND AND RUN..... DO NOT GO HERE!!! THIS DENTIST WILL BUTCHER YOUR MOUTH.. The staff is extremely kind and the dentist is nice at first as well till you call him out on his horrible work. I started going there because a new dentist is was seeing which was sunshine dental referred me to get a tooth pulled that was complicated. Dr. Lu is extremely patient and kind. He took time to answered every single question I had about having further procedures I needed and explaining until I fully understood. I have severe dental anxiety so I am not an easy patient, and often need to take anti anxiety medication before I go because of it. I've been to many dentists over 60 yrs, he's the best I've ever had. Removed a tooth I needed out so quickly, I couldn't believe it was done so fast. Wouldn't want to see anyone else since.
I had two teeth that were hurting really badly for a month, I needed root canal treatment. But no one wanted to accept MassHelth insurance. They told me to refuse it, and then you can pay cash. And then a miracle happened, I wrote to everyone by email over the weekend and they were the only ones who answered me. No one else I will recommend you to everyone.
