First time visiting this dental office, as I am new to Columbus. Experience was great! I had no wait time, people were friendly, the hygienist and dentist kept me in the loop of what was happening. The office itself was very nice and clean. Dentist gave me helpful tips about brushing/flossing while also taking some time to get to know me.
The best dentist yet. In and out quickly. They make their own crowns. Everyone was lovely !!!
Speed. They take care of you in a timely manner no postponement for procedures. Love my crown and they are fast about helping you get out of pain. This place is so good that I sent my wife to them and she is the pickiest person in the world. But she loved them just as much as I do. If you're looking for a dentist this is the one you want!
I had to get a root canal and was nervous about getting it done, nobody wants to get those. I'm happy to say it was painless! The staff made me feel totally comfortable and breezed through the procedure..

This is by far the best dentist office I have visited. Beautiful and sleek surroundings add to patient comfort. This is not just a good looking, office, though. The dentists and medical staff are top notch: caring, knowledgeable, and experienced. A physician myself, I have rarely seen physicians more skilled and knowledgeable than Dr. Jaicks. I recommend this entire office without reservation.
