I have been going to Dr. Jaicks for about 15 years followed him from Johnstown office to the New Albany office and I think they are great. The office and staff are very nice and they are up to date and I like the fact that I can get a crown the same day as they make them right there.
I love this office. Very professional. I moved from another one in the same neighborhood where all the staff from the receptionist until the doctor are looking the way to get extra money from you, instead of giving good service.

I found the staff pleasant, kind and professional. I was treated with respect. The hygienist was conversant and did a very good job.She took me through things step by step. My dentist did a thorough exam and laid out my diagnosis and treatment plan. I now know what I can expect and do myself.
