The best dental office I have ever been to. I have been going to Main Street Dental for three years now. I have never experienced such care when it comes to checking my teeth prior to a cleaning. They always do an amazing job.
Location is convenient, staff is friendly, and they do an overall great job every time I go in. Very professional employees, nice atmosphere, and best of all fresh cookies when you walk out the door.
I dread going to the dentist, not because I'm scared, but because I had an accident involving several of my teeth when I was in college, so when I go, it's a nerve-wracking experience, hoping all of my teeth stay in place. The hygienists at Main Street Dental do an impeccable job of listening to the patient's needs and concerns, I cannot stress that enough. Dr. Jodi Rump and her staff are absolutely fantastic. Their professionalism, being so knowledgeable in their craft, caring about my specific needs as a patient, to thoroughly discussing their findings with me, are all excellent. I've been a patient with Main Street Dental for nearly 5 years and always had great experience with the quality of service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments is very easy and they always work with you. Great location for if you work downtown. Nice facility and always very punctual in starting appointments.
Everyone is always friendly. The staff makes me feel like my comfort is their #1 priority. I am in and out in an efficient manner. I appreciate that they open early, so I can still make it to work for a full day with a confident clean smile.
