I have a pretty strong distaste for all things dental. The crew, at Main Street Dental, tries very hard to make my experience a good one since they know this about me. That reason alone is very valuable to me. Thank you for the massage chair, chatting with me, asking me what channel I want on tv and for giving me glasses to wear during my cleanings so water doesn’t splash in my eyes....it’s the little things :)

Although I received a good service at Main Street Dental Clinic; yet they lost my trust in a series of incidents: 1. I went to get a crown and 2 fillings and they told me the my co-payment estimate was 525$ (after the 80% coverage of the health insurance!) I got it done and the bill ended up being 350$ instead of 525$, i don't know why they gave such a high estimate! 2. They told me there was another broken filling that needs changing but they will file for pre-approval for full coverage from the insurance. I don't understan... read more
My experience was just amazing! The people had smiles and the receptionist was very professional! Well done!
I've never felt so calm at a health appointment! The staff was comforting, attentive, kind and realistic. They are very thorough, in a good way. Everyone at the office seemed fully knowledgeable. Looking forward to the continued care at MSD.
