In the midst of this pandemic, they are not allowing 1 parent to go back with their child during their cleaning. All minors, are allowed to have a parent with them no matter what. As long as a parent has their mask on and temperature checked, they should be allowed with their child. no parent should have to sit in the car and wait. Rediculous!!! Recommendedhave had great experience here for over 10 yrs. was not happy with covid 19 fee charged to have temp taken.
I was confirming an apt for my daughter when I was told to “remember to wear a mask” to which I replied I’m not wearing one due to being Asthmatic since childhood. Masks not only induce panic attacks on those who has upper respiratory issues previously but they have been shown to cause hypoxia in the healthy population. Recommendedthey were phenomenal with my 8mo old! I was extremely nervous as it was her first appointment, they made me feel much better & the women at the front desk, dental asst were great, and i loved that the dentist himself was singing nursery rhymes while examining her mouth. she didn't make a peep the whole time! & the rubber duck the D.A gave her made her very happy. would reccomend to anyone who asked 😊
RecommendedDr. Rosenbaum is so sweet and patient. Technician are all really patient and have always made my 4 year feel less scared. I definitely recommend them.
This is the worst. After making the appointment for my son with due timing, they just call me a day before to reschedule with no problem at all. I made sure to ask time to miss work and everything to attend the appointment and just because they overbooked. This is just not right and not how you play with people's time. The manager was just not very helpfull in any way to fix the problem that they cause themselves.

RecommendedStaff is friendly and welcoming. The hygienist was so sweet. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything. I would recommend this office to others.
