Yesterday my 6yr old was giving them such a hard time, but they remained calm & patient with her � The staff is always pleasant..the facility is always clean & sooo cold...lol! But care & provide blankets �
Addy the hygienist is a rock star!! She is one of ONLY 2 ladies who can get bitewings on my kid. She hasn't had a set done in over a year since the last one left. She was so patient with my anxious teen, didn't even bat an eye when my kid threw up barely missing her!
I have had nothing but great experience with Mainstreet! Michelle Carmenates was the girl who originally scheduled my 2 eldest kids a couple of years ago and she also happened to take my call when I had a dental emergency for my toddler a few months back. She was kind, very well informed and reassuring. The PB office, I can’t say enough about. They always run on time and the staff there is great!
