I have had a horrible experience at Main Street Dentistry and would warn potential patients about the care and handling that has transpired. The Jupiter office closed unexpectedly leaving the finalized care of my son's braces in limbo. I am trying to continue care with Dr. Michaud at his own practice but am not able to get his records from Main Street Dentistry in Wellington. Stay clear of this company My daughter was their patient for ten months when they decided to close this office . We paid in full in advance for her braces . The office in Wellington will not take any patients longer than nine months so we are screwed . They do not return calls and they have our money . If I could give zero stars I would
If I could give zero stars for this company I would. While the staff was sweet and always nice...the company sucks. I paid in full..cash..for my daughters braces ten months ago. In late April we recieve an email that the Jupiter office was closing . Their last day May 12..the day of my daughters appointment. We were told in the Email she could transfer to the Wellington location. We get to her appointment thinking we can book her next appointment for Wellington, only to be told they are only transferring patients that have l... read more
Just arrived for my daughter appointment and this place is shut down! Not one notice or anything!! Just be aware no one will return your call at all if you are trying to get a hold of anyone at this location as I have been trying. Absolute unprofessional!
Edited on 5/20/2025 - I'm still trying to determine what to do about my daughter's ortho appointments. What happened to Dr. Lora? Why did she close shop and screw over hundreds of patients?? What a coward. Exploring the possibility of a small claims suit. My options as the parent of an ortho patient (we live in PSL) are the following: Drive to Coral Springs or Wellington to continue treatment OR pay more and go elsewhere.
