The Cape Coral office is horrible. Unprofessional, unorganized all around worst place. Front office and scheduling staff are rude and disrespectful. No one knows what they are doing they lost all my paper work confirmed appointment times with me through email and text and when I get there they won’t see my children because of there mistakes. RecommendedDr. Josephs is awesome! He will definitely let you know what’s going right or wrong with your kid’s teeth. The hygienists and front staff are very friendly.

Took my son here for rountine visit told me he had 6 cavaties needed fillings i took him to my dentist for second opinion has ZERO!! Lies and fraud! Never again always trust your gut!
On Tuesday my daughter went to get her tooth worked on. I wasn't able to go so my daughter took her. She had to use nitric oxide. She was on it for 2o minutes or more because Dr. Joseph was running behind like always. She started freaking out and another hygienist came by and said she was on it to long and took her off of it and gave her oxygen. After she got home she was still feeling dizzy. The staff here are amazing, they are great with my son!
Awesome.. Awesome... Awesome. Dr. Joseph and his nurses are excellent. My 6 year old daughter needed to have a tooth pulled and they were playing music, singing along, making her laugh, so understanding and patient with her that I think she forgot why she was in the dentist chair. I can't say enough about them being so wonderful. Thank you again for everything you did for her and have always done for all 5 of my children.
