I am very disappointed in Main Street Bridal. When my daughter ordered her dress in April, we were told she would receive it in August. Then it would need to be altered. Well today only after several unanswered emails did they call her to tell her that the dress is still 7 weeks away from being done. The wedding is in October. No telling how long it will take once it is received to be altered. Meanwhile, she has already prepaid for Bridal portraits to be taken. Blame is being placed on the designer. I could not have asked for a better bridal experience! Everyone was so nice and went above and beyond to help me find the right dress. The alterations were amazing as well, my dress fit perfectly.
Kimberlyn was amazing! She spent the afternoon showing me lots of different styles of wedding dresses - they have so many gorgeous dresses! I am so glad I found this place. I’m in love with the wedding dress I found at Main Street Bridal!
So happy that we were able to find the dress my daughter has dreamed of here and the service was above and beyond for us. These ladies took what my daughter's vision was and made it a reality right away. Cannot wait to come back for alterations to see how they put it all together. So excited.
