Wonderful staff and Doctor!
Awesome!! The Staff at front Desk were soo welcoming and helpful.Nicole is a Sweetheart and So Kind.The Dr. Explained things thoroughly and understandably.Scheduling for next appt. was Swift. Soo Happy I Called them to get The Right Vision Evaluation. GREAT EXPERIENCE! Highly Recommend!
Time. We sat in the waiting room over an hour. We waited for the doctor 1.5 hours. Since we had seen this doctor before, I assume he made notes, my mother has dementia. When the doctor raised his voice at me for answering the questions, my mother was not going to answer. The doctor completed her testing. Informed us her left eye is worse than November (when she had her stroke). Recommends the cataracts removal.
The office staff were very nice and helpful. I was impressed with the efficiency of the evaluation process.
