I was eager to start a productive relationship with Dr. Tripti Kumar after being without health insurance for a year. This practice was highly recommended to me and close to home. Tried to start going here, I Had an appointment but I didn’t remember the time, tried calling to find out the time for almost 30 mins and kept being given the run around plus everyone I talked to was ignorant. Didn’t even get to be seen but definitely not going here because they don’t anwser the phone and if they do they are rude especially the scheduling lady.
