I called Main because my furnace was not working. They came out promptly and discovered a bad controller. They ordered a new one and was back in two days. The furnace was fixed and I thought everything was good. Paid the bill for $417 However, seven days later, the furnace had the same problem as before. I called Main back they came out promptly, and when I asked what was wrong, they were a little cagey about the problem.
