Does this provider offer flexible appointment times? Absolutely Not! My appointment always conflicts with my schedule Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Was this provider's office clean? It could have used some cleaning Does this provider have helpful information available online? It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. The desk staff was incredible unprofessional and unfriendly! They never return calls and are extremely rude. When my wife complained that she would report the rude behavior to the doctor, the woman replied "the doctor is my husband-go ahead." Dr. Main is a good doctor, but the staff is the worst I have ever seen.

The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Their office equipment was in superb shape and looked very advanced. I definitely felt safe under their care. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Yes, the office was well organized and taken care of Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in!
