I have been going to this doctor for several years and have been happy with doctor Main until recent. My original appoint was cancelled by doctor Main in April. I really need to see him I have been in a lot of pain for several weeks in my right heel i can hardly walk. I also need to make sure my precriptions stayed current. Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Did this provider rush your appointment? No, I was able to ask as many questions as I wanted Did the staff make you feel uncomfortable when you called with questions or concerns? Not at all! They were happy to address every concern I had Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes Did this provider have reasonable prices? Yes

Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this family doctor's office? Yes Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Did this provider seem well-trained and experienced? Absolutely, they were an expert! Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier!

This was one of the worse expirences of my life. Not only were the staff rude, they had no idea what was going on. They overcharged me, and scheduled me to come on a day that the doctor I needed to see doesn't even work. When asking questions, they blew me off and got mad at me for asking. It was COMPLETLY unorganized and unprofessional. After closing the door I could here them talking badly about other patients. I would never recommend anyone to this practice, if you could even call It that.

Dr. Main is the best. He is just hard to get into to see because there is a shortage of good doctors. I think he inherited an enormous workload when two other doctors left the practice for the military. He is thorough, nice and really cares for those under his care.
