I called to book an appointment for my son , it’s shameful how I was treated; rude ,unkind , and I’ll find the way to change the appointment to somewhere else , the person who answered the phone was a woman name Janice. Poor call service.
Excellent care team. All the staff was great, easy to navigate the building. Front office staff-full of smiles, very informative. Back office staff- professional and caring Physicians and nurses-absolutely amazing
Terrible medical service and limited knowledge. The doctors here study for money, not for vocation. It's all pure business. My daughter has been pooping with a little blood for three months. She's had all kinds of tests, even a colonoscopy, and none of the doctors know anything or say anything. According to them, all the results are perfect. The attitude is horrible, unprofessional, emotionless, and very dissatisfied with medical practice. They only want your money and nothing else.
We see not only our primary care for our little here but 4 other specialty doctors as well. All of the doctors and staff are so kind and I love that they communicate so well with each other regarding my littles medically complex needs. They only set back is the wait for nuero and genetics I know it’s with the huge amount of people that relocated here since 2020 but I do wish maybe adding some providers as we are on a waitlist 1 year since referrals were sent.
