Bad customer service. They told me they open from 2 to 4pm on Wednesday. I came at 2:45pm they said I was late. They made me wait for them to come back and open the door. The guy named Minh was rude. He said he did not want to sell it. What a bad customer service I have never seen. I will never come back here for any reason. The earings are not good looking. The diamonds are not shine. I prefer to come to ssomewhere else to buy a better quality jewelry.
Don’t expect good service if you’re not Vietnamese singers or must dress like you are rich. Otherwise she will look you up and down like you are poor and can’t afford to buy from her store. Not all rich people like to dress and show off. Some are very humble looking and made of money. I will take my money to all the other jewelry stores that they have all over that mall.
