Mail Box Planet has the best customer service. They are very accommodating and will help you with whatever you need. It's also a great idea to have a personal mailbox there because they sign packages for you (unlike a post office box) and you know your mail and packages are safe. Some people have had their mail stolen from their homes and had their identity stolen. This is a good way to prevent that. I highly recommend Mail Box Planet and have been a customer for over 3 years.
